Please join the California Funeral Directors Association in wishing our current Vice President, Steve Crawford, a very Happy Birthday! Steve has served on the CFDA Board of Directors since 2019. He is currently Services Manager with Trident Society’s San Jose/Fremont location. When he is not serving others as a funeral professional, he dedicates his time to his 6 year old son and the family’s newly rescued puggle, Smore.
The theme of this year’s CFDA convention, which will also see Steve installed as President, is “Honoring the Past, Embracing the Future” – Perfectly fitting, considering his favorite movie is Back to the Future! And just as that Delorean blazed its way through time and back, Steve starts a new trip around the sun on February 11th. His year ahead is bright with goals, both personal and professional. Whether it’s completing trails as part of the East Bay Parks 2025 Trail Challenge, or continuing the CFDA’s critical involvement in improving legislation in our industry, great strides will be taken and made.
