Please join us in wishing Serena Bockelman a wonderful year ahead. Serena serves as Vice President of Funeral Operations at Cypress Lawn in Colma. Since entering our profession several years ago, she has developed a deep understanding of the grief journey, and feels privileged to guide families through their time of loss. As a member of the CFDA Board of Directors for the past year, Serena is grateful to work alongside fellow hardworking professionals - And we are grateful for her contributions to our association.
Between her commitment to her Cypress Lawn and the families they serve, as well as her duties as a CFDA board member, Serena keeps the work/life balance by enjoying the outdoors, traveling, working out, and most rewardingly – being a mom to her three young children. She strives to leave a positive impact on everyone she encounters – from work to family. With her compassion, dedication, and care, it’s no doubt she achieves just that!
